Who we are
Pronounced: “Oh-Rise”. Within our name is a nod to our founders and the work we do to support and sustain our clients’ projects.
Underneath the forest floor, mycorrhizal networks are at work, signaling needs for the pines above. We provide a similar kind of support at Orhize, offering guidance from conception through design and construction. Where you see one of our buildings, know that we’ve nurtured its rise since it was a seed of an idea.
Meet the owner
Hi, I’m Connor O’Neill
Growing up, my father worked for a skylight company, my introduction to the glass world. While most of us look through glass, I was taught early on to look at it.
My career in the commercial construction industry began at Viracon (an Apogee company), the largest commercial glass fabricator in North America. In over a decade working as an Architectural Sales Representative, I honed technical and industry knowledge, managed a multi-state territory, built relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers, and participated in organizations, like Urban Land Institute, CSI, Building Enclosure Council, and the Colorado Glazing Contractors Association.
I launched Orhize to build onto this work and offer clients the industry’s top exterior envelope solutions, spanning glass and aluminum framing systems, all in one place. If you know me as a sales rep, I look forward to reintroducing myself. You’ll still get the same reliable knowledge and support throughout your project process, now with more brands and products.
Outside of work, you can find me fly fishing or recreating in the mountains with my wife, Molly, and dogs, Landy, Berkeley, and Clementine.

Inside Sales Manager
With more than a decade of experience in the commercial glass industry, I’ve built my career working as both a project manager and an inside sales manager. Those roles have given me a deep understanding of project workflows, problem-solving and customer needs.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband, Matt, and our family. You can usually find us cheering on the kids from the sidelines or enjoying time together outdoors.

Marketing & Sales Support
Ever since my first experience in the Glass and Glazing Industry, I’ve been drawn to the fast paced, problem solving, people oriented environment. It is so rewarding to be a part of bringing designers’ visions to life, buildings to stand tall for over a hundred years. I enjoy bringing that excitement, creativity, and problem solving to Orhize.
On the weekends my wife and family spend time camping and hiking in the mountains, along with my personal passion of landscape and architectural photography.
